Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from asimagoods.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products

All Asima products are handcrafted in small batches. Colors, textures, and scent intensity may vary slightly between batches — this is a natural characteristic of artisan goods, not a defect. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the final item.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store payment card information.

4. Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. This confirms receipt of your order, not acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued.

5. Candle Safety

Our candles are intended for use by adults. Always burn candles within sight, away from flammable materials, out of reach of children and pets, and on a heat-resistant surface. Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Asima is not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper use.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, copy, branding, and design — is the property of Asima and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asima shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Asima operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Asima, every product is handcrafted with care. We want you to love what you receive. Please read our return and exchange policy below.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds. You may exchange eligible items only. To start an exchange, contact us at concierge@asimagoods.com before returning anything. Once approved, we will send you the return address.

Opened Items

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for opened or used candles due to the nature of our products.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at concierge@asimagoods.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include a photo of the damage. Once we receive the information, we will confirm the next steps and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

All custom and bespoke orders are final sale and non-refundable. They cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale & Discounted Items

All sale and discounted items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these purchases.

How to Ship Your Return

Once your exchange is approved, securely package your item and send it to the provided address. Use a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable carrier.

Replacement Timeline

Once we receive your return, allow 5–7 business days for processing. Replacements are usually dispatched 2–3 business days after processing. You can expect your replacement within 7–10 business days from shipment.
